Client Needs

The client required a website that effectively represented their business capabilities while prominently showcasing their technology partnerships and affiliations. They wanted a website that was simple to manage internally with minimal complexity. Since the client was already familiar with web technologies, WordPress was selected as the preferred platform

Challenges

The existing website suffered from poor content presentation, with large portions of information embedded within images rather than accessible textual content, limiting usability and discoverability. Products and services lacked clear organization, making navigation difficult for users. Limited visibility of key offerings on the homepage reduced user engagement and made it difficult for visitors to understand the company’s capabilities quickly.

Our Solution

Information Architecture Redesign
We revisited the website structure by consolidating information from multiple sources including the existing website, sales collateral, and service documentation. The content was reorganized into a simplified architecture focused on improving discoverability and creating a logical user journey.
Content Reorganization and Navigation Improvements
Existing assets such as case studies and technical content were restructured and repositioned within the website to create a more intuitive browsing experience and improve accessibility of important information.
Dedicated Training Ecosystem
A dedicated training section was developed to support the client’s training initiatives. The section enabled publishing training programs, event brochures, training statistics, and galleries while providing a scalable structure for future expansion.

Outcomes

  • Improved visibility of trainings, services, and technology partnerships through clearer navigation and content organization
  • Enhanced user experience through simplified information flow and easier access to key business information
  • Created a scalable platform for promoting training initiatives and publishing future programs
  • Reduced dependency on technical teams through a simplified content management experience
  • Increased utilization of existing business assets such as case studies and training content
