TCRC is a group of companies specializing in quality assessment, inspection, and survey solutions for clients across multiple industries worldwide. While their expertise and service portfolio were well established, their existing website did not effectively communicate their capabilities or provide the visibility they required online.
The project involved strengthening both content and user experience. Working closely with their technical and operations teams, TechMosaic helped structure and develop content for each section of the website to clearly represent their services and expertise.
The website was then redesigned through a structured UX process, followed by UI design and development. An easy-to-use CMS was implemented so the team could manage and update content independently.

HR Technology Assessment PlatformMEASURING HR MATURITY THROUGH TECHNOLOGY
HR Tech Pulse is a platform designed to help organizations evaluate the maturity of their HR technology ecosystem and understand employee satisfaction with existing HR systems. The tool enables HR professionals to register on the platform and assess their organization by responding to a structured set of simple yes–no questions.
Based on these responses, the platform generates insights into the organization’s HR Technology Maturity and HR Satisfaction Score, supported by expert-reviewed analysis that helps organizations identify areas of improvement.
TechMosaic designed and developed the front-end interface and the CMS for this custom web application, ensuring that the assessment flow remained intuitive while allowing the client to manage and update the platform’s content and insights with ease.
The result is a focused digital tool that enables HR leaders to better understand their technology landscape and make informed decisions for improvement.

Unique Features is a news platform that positions itself as a source of no-nonsense, bias-free narratives on current affairs. The website therefore needed to reflect this philosophy: clean, straightforward, and credible—while also being competitive with modern news portals. The editorial team wanted a content management system that could be easily handled by non-technical users without the complexity that many publishing platforms bring.
